This Rosé wine is a festive and thirst-quenching wine that invites you to relax over a barbecue after a hot day. “Éphémère” is a wine that should be consumed within a year and preferably served very cool.

This Rosé is obtained by the method known as direct pressing of the fresh harvest. This juice is then cooled and fermented slowly for 10 days.


The color is very pale. The nose is fine and delicately expressive, between notes of tangy red fruits and fruits from the orchard. Beautiful balance and beautiful unfolding in the mouth, tender and toned.
