2024 – AOP Ventoux Red 75 cl
Ageing potential: 3 years
Vinification: These four grape varieties were harvested manually, vinified and aged separately. The Grenache grapes were crushed and destemmed. Maceration was long (around 3 weeks) in order to extract maximum colour and aromas.
Tasting notes: The colour is garnet, the nose is very expressive, with notes of morello cherry, milk chocolate and raspberry coulis.
The palate is crisp and full-bodied with grainy tannins.
Very charming.
Pairings: Charcuterie platter (from Ventoux!), fresh goat’s cheeses.
