Winemaking | These three grapes were harvested manually, vinified and made separately. The Grenache harvest is trodden and scraped. The maceration is long (about 3 weeks) in order to extract a maximum of note and aromas. The harvest of Syrah and old Carignan (over 40 years) is vinified in carbon maceration, i.e. in whole clusters, deposited in a carbon-saturated atmosphere and held at nearly 30 degrees for 15 days. |
Tasting | The color is frank and shiny. The note is expressive with notes of ripe fruit (strawberry, cherry, blueberry). A feeling of balance in the mouth thanks to its tension and roundness. It is a juicy and fleshy wine that perfectly assumes its gluttony. |
