This Grenache comes from the prettiest plot of the estate.
It is harvested at the very end of the harvest in order to harvest a Grenache with perfectly ripe skin and grape-stalk.
Traditional (sometimes long) maceration is the method used for this wine.
After the fermentations, the wines are stored in barrels for 12-months.
It is at the end of this period that the 3 most beautiful pieces are selected.
