2022 – AOP Ventoux Red 75 cl
Ageing potential: 7 years
Vinification: Selection of Syrah press barrels from carbonic maceration. 70% of the ageing takes place in French oak barrels for 12 months. Grenache brings roundness and richness to this blend.
Tasting notes: Deep colour.
The nose is intense with spicy and balsamic notes (cashew).
The palate is silky and elegant.
Beautiful texture and persistence.
Pairings: Game meats, spit-roasted thrush skewers, veal chop with cep mushroom jus.

			The color is dark. The nose is elegant and complex. There are aromas of blackberry jam, ink or tapenade. 
The mouth is full, grainy but also fresh and tense, characteristic of the wines of Mas Oncle Ernest.
